The purpose of this assignment is to create a community resource flyer for your site and stakeholders to utilize to improve health outcomes. The aim of the Practicum Experience is to plan, develop, implement, and evaluate a population-focused health promotion activity that addresses an identified need.

Part I

Directions

You will develop a community resource flyer to implement your population-focused health promotion activity using the required template Plan to distribute these flyers and engage with community stakeholders at your practicum site.

  1. Review the i-Human Virtual Patient Encounter Orientation in the Week 5 Modules if needed. Requirements, tutorials, and a practice case are provided.

     1. You have two attempts at the case.

     1. Scores are adjusted based on your performance level.
     2. Faculty will convert your highest score in i-Human to points earned in the grading rubric below.
