In Healthcare from Module 3, you created a personal leadership development plan and identified three leadership abilities, traits, or approaches you wanted to develop as you progress toward your personal leadership goals. In this playbook assignment, you will revisit the goals you set to see if they still ring true to you and make changes or updates as needed. Then, you will assess your progress on each of the three goals and identify your next steps.

To complete this assignment, follow these steps:

  • Download the Microsoft Word file , and save it to your computer.
  • Complete the activity, and respond to the prompts by entering your answers in the fillable fields. Your responses should draw from the program materials and your personal experience.
    • While your responses will not be shared with your peers, please do not provide any sensitive personal or organizational information in your playbook.
  • Save your Microsoft Word file to include your changes and add your first and last names to the saved file (i.e., Healthcare_Playbook-23.1-FirstName-LastName).
  • IMPORTANT: Please review the rubric below for details about how your submission will be evaluated before you begin work on it.
  • Note that a score of “Excellent” requires that you exceed the basic assignment requirements.
