Read Final Case Study #1 (attached as Case Study #2)) and answer questions at end of case study. Use what you’ve learned so far, along with Kotter’s 8-Step Change Model and Force Field Analysis to solve the problems. Cite if you use work directly from your text or other resources.
No fewer than 2 pages. No more than 5 pages excluding the Title and reference page. (Don’t pay attention to the directions at bottom of case study page)
