2.4. Policy recommendations (250 words)

Make policy recommendations based on earlier described cross-state and cross-country examples do not introduce new research results/ideas.

Explain (justify) your choice of policy recommendation. Somebody reading your paper should be able to make a clear case for or against your alternative and current policy. A reader should be able to read and understand your paper with no prior background to the project
