Option 1 Topic: Obesity Prevention and Treatment Programs

There are several obesity prevention and treatment programs in the literature. Please identify three journal articles describing obesity interventions (including nutrition, or exercise, or mindfulness or a combination of nutrition, exercise, and mindfulness) designed for a specific population (e.g., ethnic group, age group, and gender group. The discussion main narrative paper is brief (at least 3 pages, no more than 5 pages) and succinet, but comprehensive and contains arguments supported by credible and reputable references and sources (e.g., CDC, academic journals like Body Image). The discussion paper must provide relevant information that is presented in a logical order while thoroughly addressing each point. The ideas are arranged logically to support the central argument.
