Task
Write a short essay (roughly 1500 words) in APA style with a minimum of two references, no more than 5 pages, excluding title and reference pages. In your essay, address the following issues facing hospitals and healthcare organizations:
- History
- Laws (legislation, rules) affecting hospitals and healthcare organizations
- Funding history
- Influence of private companies, government, other healthcare-related businesses, such as pharmaceuticals, insurance, etc.
- Current State, how did we get here?
- Recommendations for improvement.
