Understanding My Happiness Level

After watching the TED Talk by Dominic Price, I consider my happiness level to be moderate. I feel good in many areas of my life, especially because I have my family close to me and I enjoy spending time with them. I also like to spend quiet time, especially in nature, because it helps me disconnect and feel at peace. Regarding school, it is not something that directly causes me stress, but sometimes the lack of time to complete so many assignments and prepare for exams can feel overwhelming. In addition, I enjoy my job as a medical assistant because I like helping others, but when unexpected situations or problems occur, they can create some stress. For these reasons, I believe my happiness level is stable, although there are still areas I can improve.

To determine my happiness level, I reflected on different aspects of my life such as my free time, emotional well-being, personal relationships, and daily responsibilities. I realized that even though I have many positive things in my life, I do not always manage my time effectively. Sometimes I focus too much on completing responsibilities and forget to enjoy meaningful moments. To improve my happiness level, I plan to organize my time better and avoid feeling overwhelmed. I also want to continue spending quality time with my family and find more moments of peace, especially in nature. Additionally, I want to handle stressful situations at work in a calmer way so they do not affect my mood as much. I believe that by making these changes little by little, my happiness level will improve and I will feel more balanced overall.omatic zero grade and be referred to the Integrity Committee for disciplinary actions.
