Problem:
There is a shared computer that many users have access to. One user installed an application that we consider not appropriate to have installed within the company. I uninstalled the application from that users profile, but after two days Ivanti still reports that the application is installed.
I remotely checked the machine to see if the application or any remaining files existed, and I couldnt find anything related to it.
The same issue happens on another desktop with the Spotify application, but in that case Im not even able to identify which user installed it. Since going user by user is complicated, I rely on Ivanti to detect it, but it is not helping…
