This is a capstone assignment that will be counted as part of your final Capstone submission.

As discussed in , your responsibilities related to the overall design of your organization will increase as you move into more advanced leadership roles. Restructuring clinical practice and leadership, creating greater integration, and growing the institution are some components of healthcare organizational design.

In Module 6 and Module 7, you studied specific examples of these kinds of activities, including initiatives related to clinical integration, population health, and evidence-based medicine. In this playbook assignment, you will analyze an organizational design initiative and assess its relationship to value creation.

To complete this assignment, follow these steps:

  • Download the Microsoft Word file , and save it to your computer.
  • Complete the activity, and respond to the prompts by entering your answers in the fillable fields. Your responses should draw from the program materials and your personal experience.
