Write questionnaire data in a Word file

Write the survey data in a Word document and create a table with evaluation boxes. The table consists of five sections, each containing the survey questions.

The questionnaire consists of five sections. The former section comprises demographic data (such as, gender, age, education level, years of experience, sector of employment, etc.)

All items will adopt a five-point Likert scale with 1 representing strongly disagree, and 5 representing strongly agree, unless otherwise.

The study population will be full-time employees who are employed in Saudi Arabia organizations. In order to be eligible, one has to have at least six months working in his or her present organization to be qualified to participate in the study.

You create sections and write the first section. Leave the remaining four sections blank; I’ll fill them in later. Just leave the spaces blank; I’ll just ask the question.And put the evaluation next to it

Section Two: 13 rows

Section Three: 5 rows

Section Four: 8 rows

Fifth and final section: 7 rows
