3. Analyze one theoretical framework that could be used for the prevention of substance use disorders (e.g. in a Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PDMP) or in a Medication Assisted Treatment program). Indicate how the theoretical framework could be used. Some examples of frameworks are The Public Health Practice Paradigms- ASTHO– see the Week Two Lecture and the Strategic Prevention Framework. Include at least one in-text citation to support your answer.
4. Discuss how the Socio-Ecological Model can be used in the prevention of
   substance use disorders (Suggested resource: Substance Abuse and Mental
   Health Services Administration. (2019). . U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.) Include at least one in-text citation to support your answer.
5. Include a word count before the reference section. At least 1,500 words (not
   including title and reference pages) are required.
6. References: At least five references are required for this assignment. In-text
   Citations and reference list should be in APA style. References should come from peer-reviewed and scientifically based sources.
