For this discussion take some time to review the AHIMA Membership and Certification collection of links in the course content folder if you have not already done that. It is the same information found on the and you will want to bookmark that for future reference. This is where you will find all the information needed to register, take and maintain your first professional certification exam and possibly more! There is ALOT of information and it can be overwhelming but the more you interact with it the easier it gets. As you navigate through the website share your thoughts of how it will benefit you. Answer some of the questions below or share your own discovery:

    • Are you an AHIMA member already? Did you find the information about becoming a member? What are the various memberships?
    • We are preparing you for CCA certification but there are several others you could earn. Did you find certification exam information? Which certifications sound interesting? What are the requirements that must be met to take some of these exams?
    • Did you find the links up top to access the Body of Knowledge (BOK), Career Assist and the AHIMA store? Remember as a member you get discounts on future webinars, books and exams.

Use all the resources identified in the Pre-Lab Reading to help you locate the current version of Vivado Design Suite. Download and install this version of Vivado Design Suite. Acquire the necessary licenses and activate your Vivado Design Suite.

Task 2: Create your CSC340L file directory.

Vivado Design Suite can be very picky about its file directory. Create a folder as follows: C:CSC340LYourFirstName_LastName. This will be the folder for all your CSC340L labs and projects and will be referred to as your CSC340L directory.

Note: If the number of the course differs from this example, use the same logic/pattern to create your directory with the actual course number.

Task 3: Create your first project named Lab1.

Create this empty project and make sure it is created successfully. You can check whether the project is created successfully by doing one or both of the following:

    1. Verify Lab1 directory is created under your CSC340L directory.
    2. In Vivado Design Suite, close the project by selecting File > Project > Close. Then reopen the project by selecting File > Project > Open.

    Lab Assignment

Video Report for Lab 1 that includes the following:

    • Successful reopening of the Lab1 project as described in Task 3.

Zip file the design directory that you created in Task 3, name your file name your zip file YourFirstName_LastName_Lab1.

For each lab, you are required to submit all of the following items:

    1. Screen Recording of your work
    2. ZIP file of the complete Xilinx/Vivado project folder
    3. Lab Report (PDF format)

    Lab Report (PDF) Requirements

Each lab report must include the following clearly and professionally organized sections:

    • Student Name
    • Student ID
    • Lab / Homework Title
    • Problem Statement(s)
    • Solution(s)

For each solution, you must include:

    • Screenshots of both types of code (e.g., Verilog modules and testbench, if applicable)
    • Screenshots of schematics and simulations generated in Vivado
    • Clear explanations connecting your code, schematics, and results

    Important Notes

    • Submissions without a properly formatted PDF lab report will be considered incomplete.
    • This format will be used consistently for all lab submissions up to Week 6.
    • Make sure all files are clearly named and uploaded under the correct assignment.

  • Chapter 3 annotations

Students will read the assigned article or articles for the week/corresponding module. The students will complete the assignment in Hypothesis where they will be expected to make eight annotations about the article and engage in discussion with their classmates. When reviewing the article please consider the connection to Chapter readings for the module. For example, Bonds in Gangs how does the current article relate to the chapter just reviewed. Also you can pose question for me answer in hypothesis. Become familiar with the learning tool.

Use “module 3 article” and make 10 annotations to that article. Reference “module 3 chapter” with the annotations. No need to cite each annotation. It works better if each annotation has a little substance to it other than a short part of a sentence.

    Chapter 22: Performance

Read pp 444-451 (through Obligation of Payment) and pp 454.

    Read Waddell v. L.V.R.V. Inc., (p. 457) and Donald R. Hessler v. Crystal Lake Chrysler-Plymouth, Inc., (p. 459).

Read and consider problems 1, 2, 6, 7,9 , 10, 14, 16, and 21 beginning on page 454. You do not need to submit responses to these questions.

Listen to the four VoiceThreads that have been posted. They can be found below.

Review the attached PowerPoint entitled Performance.

Written submission due after all of the above coursework has been completed:

Consider the following fact pattern: Buyer purchased an All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) from Seller for $8,000. Buyer used the ATV for three weeks. He noticed that the fuel gauge worked improperly because it always read the fuel as full and never dropped to below than full, even when Buyer could not turn the ATV on because it was out of fuel. Other than that, the ATV worked well. Buyer contacted Seller and informed Seller of the defect, and Seller asked Buyer to bring the ATV back for repair. Buyer brought the ATV back in late October, approximately four months after the parties had spoken and the summer recreational season was over, and asked for a refund. During the four months, Buyer used the ATV throughout.

Fully discuss the following with respect to the above fact pattern: 1. Does Buyer have a right to reject the ATV? Explain why or why not. 2. Does Buyer have a right to revoke his acceptance of the ATV? Explain why or why not. Be sure to provide details to support your answers so that you are connecting the facts given to the rules under the UCC. Depending on how you answer each of these two questions, also provide information about what other obligations, if any, Buyer will have.

Your response should be between three to four paragraphs long, with each paragraph being 4 to 6 sentences in length. This is due by 2/15/26 by 11:59 pm

  • Bridging the Divide- Family Policy

Using insights from this weeks readings and the theory of paradox, select a current or recent family-related policy issue that has generated political or public disagreement (for example: childcare funding, paid family leave, reproductive rights, foster care reform, or family tax credits).

In a 23 page analysis (or equivalent multimedia presentation), address the following:

    1. Describe the policy issue. What problem is it trying to solve?
    2. Identify the key stakeholders and perspectives. What differing values or priorities contribute to division around this issue?
    3. Apply the theory of paradox. How could a both/and approach (rather than either/or) help bridge divides and foster shared solutions?
    4. Propose one strategy that could help policymakers or community leaders move the conversation toward collaboration and action.
  • SOAP Note 3 Comprehensive SOAP on Mens and Women’s Health

A 32-year-old woman presents for evaluation of a lump that she noticed in her right breast on self-examination. She says that while she does not perform breast self-examination often, she thinks that this lump is new. She denies nipple discharge or breast pain, although the lump is mildly tender on palpation. She has never noticed any breast masses previously and has never had a mammogram. She has no personal or family history of breast disease. She takes oral contraceptive pills (OCPs) regularly, but no other medications. She does not smoke cigarettes or drink alcohol

    Links to an external site.

. She has never been pregnant. On examination, she is a well-appearing, somewhat anxious, and thin woman. Her vital signs are within normal limits. On breast examination, in the lower outer quadrant of the right breast, there is a 2-cm, firm, well-circumscribed, freely mobile mass without overlying erythema that is mildly tender to palpation. There is no skin dimpling, retraction, or nipple discharge. While no other discrete breast masses are palpable, the bilateral breast tissue is noted to be firm and glandular throughout. There is no evidence of axillary, supraclavicular, or cervical lymphadenopathy. The remainder of her physical examination is unremarkable.

Above you will find the SOAP note information. Please use references that are less than 5 years old.
