I am looking for someone experienced with CIPD Level 5 assignments, specifically the unit 5CO02 Evidence-Based Practice, to complete the full assessment based on the official Assessment Brief, Case Study (Technivara), Assessment Guidance, and Grading Grid.
Assessment Requirements:
Task 1 Written responses (approx. 2,900 words 10%)
Task 2 Data analysis review (approx. 1,000 words 10%)
General Requirements
Thank you in advance!

As a DNP-prepared nurse, you are searching for evidence to translate into practice. In your review of evidence, you locate a randomized control research study and a correlational study as possible evidence to support a practice change. Reflect upon the case studies, choose one, and answer the questions to address the following.
Case Study One
Persons with Type II diabetes have long-term effects that are greatly underestimated because the patients may not follow recommended treatments. A randomized control trial was done to identify if an intervention group adhered to taking medications versus the control group. There were 40 participants in each group. The research data from the two groups is parametric data and is not normally distributed, and the researcher is using a student t-test to measure the differences between the two groups.
1) Support the use of this statistical method to measure this data 2) Analyze what results you would expect to find to be considered a statistically significant research study 3) Do these findings impact your decision about whether to use this evidence to inform practice change? Why or why not?
Case Study Two
A non-experimental, correlational study was conducted about medical adherence amongst cardiovascular patients over a 6-month period of time. The aim of the research was to correlate cultural characteristics with medication fill rates. The data does not have a normal distribution; there are no significant outliers and there is a linear association between the variables.
1) Support the use of an appropriate correlational statistical method to measure this data 2) Analyze the results, sharing your interpretation of correlation outcomes and the use of correlational findings to support a DNP project 3) Do these findings impact your decision about whether to use this evidence to inform practice change? Why or why not?
