Section B:

This week, you explored why you need a business plan and considered the questions you need to answer in order to develop one. In this Assignment, you will get into the actual writing of a business plan. You will use the Harbor City Behavioral Health Center (HCBHC) new program initiative to complete the Assignment, so make sure to carefully review all the materials related to the program you have selected (opioid abuse/recovery or elder care), including your communications plan and marketing brochure from last week. This will help you identify the information you will need to write your business plan, consider possible roadblocks, and formulate how you will address any challenges or obstacles.
