Both individuals andbusinesses are able to make use of different service providers via the application whilepaying digitally for the services.Our choice of this firm is due to its being a relatively new digital enterprise in Saudi Arabiathat fits into the Vision 2030 policy framework. There exist many problems and issuesthat need more research. In this project, we will conduct a systematic evaluation of suchproblems and come up with proper solutions utilizing information systems
