In this first capstone assignment, you will introduce your project by providing basic information about the organization you are analyzing. In a brief one-to-two-paragraph summary, include the following information:

1. The name of the organization, or a pseudonym for it if you dont want to name the organization where you work
2. The approximate number of employees
3. The region where it is located (If you use Kaiser Permanente, list one or more of the various regions they serve.)
4. The type of organization (e.g., hospital, clinic, long-term-care facility, group practice, etc.)
5. General information about the demographics of the clients the organization serves
6. The organizations mission, vision, and values statement
