Instructions for Students
1. Students must work in groups of 4-5 students.
2. Each group must select one different case study only. Two groups may analyze the same case study.
3. The analysis should address all questions related to the selected case study.
4. Students are expected to:
o Apply relevant theories, models, and concepts from the course and in particular
chapter 9, Foundations of Group Behavior.
o Demonstrate critical analysis rather than simple description
o Support arguments with academic concepts and examples where appropriate
o Use professional academic writing
5. The report must:
o Be written in formal academic English
o Include clear headings and subheadings
o Follow proper paragraph structure and organization
o Use APA referencing style (if required by the instructor)
6. 7. The maximum word count is 1,500 words excluding references and cover page.
All submissions must be original work. Any form of plagiarism or excessive similarity may
result in penalties according to university academic integrity policies.
8. Students should submit the assignment before the stated deadline through the Blackboard
platform.
9. Marks will be awarded based on:
o Depth of analysis
o Application of course concepts
o Critical thinking
o Clarity and organization
o Academic writing quality
o Proper referencing
