Part 1: Medication Management Mobile App Comparison Infographic

Read the Henry Seinfeld Case Study. Research at least three free medication management mobile apps designed to assist patients with chronic conditions. Select two that would best meet the needs of Henry and similar patients in your practice.

Using Canva, create an infographic that visually compares the selected apps using the following criteria:

• Visual interface and ease of use
• Drug-to-drug interaction alerts
• Refill reminders and scheduling features
• Vital sign or symptom tracking
• Ability to share progress with providers or caregivers
• Integration with wearable devices (e.g., smartwatches, glucose monitors)

Support your infographic with a minimum of three scholarly resources on health technology usability, behavioral health engagement, or mobile health (mHealth) adoption.

Part 2: Reflection

After completing the comparison, reflect on the following in 500-750 words and provide relevant examples to support your ideas.

• Explain how social and behavioral health determinants (e.g., health literacy, income, isolation, digital access) affect a patients ability to use medication management technologies.
• Describe how human factors engineering, such as intuitive design and feedback loops, can improve technology adoption, adherence, and safety.
• Discuss 2-3 ethical and compliance considerations that should apply when selecting or recommending apps that access or share patient data.
• Explain how population-level data from such apps can be used to improve public health outcomes, such as tracking adherence trends and identifying high-risk populations.
