    Health Conditions > Mental Health and Mental Disorders. As I mentioned in the previous discussion, the video’s message isn’t limited to treatment but also includes protecting both mind and body. This is something I discovered through experience with a family member. When you’re caring for a patient, you focus on their treatment and forget about yourself, and in doing so, you lose your mental and physical health.
