Please be mindful when selecting an organization as all choicesmade during your assignment are contingent upon this decision.II. Identify an area within their leadership communication that may be improved upon. This might be due to an absence ofappropriate leadership communication or inappropriate communication and behaviors currently being implemented.III. Create informational materials intended to educate the organization on skills for improvement on the selected topic area.You may base your content on topics such as crisis communication, empowerment, transformational leadership,managing groupthink and mismanaged agreement, leadership development, etc.a. Content notes:i. Your content should be focused on communication and not other aspects of leadership.ii. Your content should be clearly linked to concepts discussed in class.
