In this assignment, you are expected to create a database for the Home Away From Home (HAFH) Realty
Company Property Management system, populate the tables with all the provided sample data records,
and retrieve data for each query. The relational schema, sample data records, and queries are provided in
the following pages.
Your submission must follow these requirements:
1. You must include a screenshot for each SQL statement and its corresponding result. Only
screenshots are acceptable. No points will be awarded for the query that does not include a
screenshot. All screenshots should be compiled into a single Word or PDF file for submission.
2. Each SQL statement must include the following comment line:
/* ISM 671-03 your name, your username */ (e.g., /* ISM 671-03 Sujin Park, s_park12 */).
(Note: The username is the first part of the email address; xxxx@uncg.edu)
Failure to include this line will result in a 2-point deduction per query.
