Write a business plan for the expansion of your property business with E-Business Consider the following-
You work as the E-Business Development and Marketing Manager for a successful domestic property business in the Bahrain region [1-6-bedroom apartments and family houses]. The business has been expanding steadily for the past 10 years but using solely a face-to-face operation. Over the past 12 months the Directors of your business have seen a number of competitive real estate companies enter the region and this is starting to affect your revenue. After initial analysis by the Managing Director, the Board of Directors have realised the new real estate companies are operating a 95% e-business and digital marketing model to their real estate business.
You have been asked to form a business development report, proposing a transitioning to an e- business and digital marketing environment. You have considerable experience of the Internet and social media apps, but your Board of Directors wants you to propose a number of fundamental commercial areas they should be aware of.
This is not the traditional operational methods that the company conducts, but the competitive impact has prompted the Board of Directors to seek your expert views on what needs to be considered for staying relevant to the market and appealing to an increasingly digital native customer.
The Board of Directors are your target audience, and although you should include correct referencing and input this is not a traditional piece of academic writing.
