In your eBook, you will provide an overview on the importance of fostering effective professional communication.

Formative 2: In this formative assessment, you are going to provide information to leaders seeking to be effective communicators. Create an infographic or other creative visual media to provide a quick snippet of the most important communication aspects a leader should be aware of if he/she were to lead an organization where people thrive due to the communication standards established.

- Infographic (PDF or Word Document)
Summative: For this summative assessment, you will need to develop a presentation that you could use in your professional setting on how to be an effective communicator. Your presentation should take into consideration the tools that are available to you in the organization, as well as the culture and rules that have been established thus far.
You must include the following:
- Important Strategies for Effective Professional Communication
- Communication Tools for Use and How to Best Use Them
- Highlights/Tips for Individuals and for Leaders
Formatting:
- This assessment can be submitted in any presentation format that can realistically be found in a professional setting. Ensure that your choice of format allows you to fulfill the rubric criteria.
