(not much of a cultural barrier exist between Russia and Ukraine in the attached sample, since they have very close if not the same cultures; that’s why the cultural dimension is missing from the attached sample). As for the format, it’s a PowerPoint presentation of 10 to 15 minutes, with oral comments by all members of the team together,” i.e. all in the same presentation.
