Jarir Bookstore, founded in 1974 in Riyadh, is one of Saudi Arabias largest retail chains specializing in books, electronics, office supplies, and educational materials. With more than 60 branches across the Kingdom and a rapidly growing ecommerce platform, Jarir has become a major player in the retail and digital marketplace. However, the companys rapid expansion has introduced several operational challenges, particularly in inventory management, online order fulfillment, and customer service efficiency.
