For this assignment, you will use the group you developed in Topics 2 and 3. Your task is to create an infographic and a short video presentation as if you were presenting to colleagues in your agency about the group you will be conducting. The infographic will be used as a resource for your colleagues, focusing on group practice and intervention strategies.
Part 1: Infographic
Create a clear and visually appealing infographic (using Canva, MS Word, or PowerPoint). This infographic should explain the following:
What group practice is.
Intervention strategies for group work.
Examples of possible group dynamics within your group.
Three issues that could arise in group sessions.
How a social worker should address these issues with this population.

Part 2: Video Presentation
Using, Zoom, record a 710-minute video where you present your infographic to colleagues. In your presentation, walk through the points from your infographic (Part 1) and expand on them by:
Explaining how your group will support social workers in your agency.
Discussing how you would address issues such as microaggressions, justice concerns, and ethical decision-making.
Final Submission
Submit the Zoom recording link to your instructor (do not upload the MP4 file, as it will be too large).
