In this assignment, you will assume the role of a Senior Manager at a mid-sized company that has recently expanded operations into Southeast Asia. Your challenge is to navigate the complexities of managing a multicultural team while upholding ethical standards and fostering an inclusive environment.

Scenario

A global technology company, Tyler Graphics has recently expanded its operations into Southeast Asia. The regional office now includes employees from various cultural, religious, and linguistic backgrounds. The team is led by you, a senior manager from the U.S., who is responsible for integrating the new team into the companys broader culture while maintaining high performance and morale.

Your task is to analyze a workplace scenario, apply the concepts of ethical theory described in Module 02, and evaluate the application of the 5 Tenets of Diversity Management. This hands-on exercise will allow you to demonstrate your ability to move beyond theory and apply your knowledge to real-world organizational situations.

Instructions

Create a PowerPoint Presentation (that includes title and reference slides) that addresses the following:

Step 1: Analyze the EEOC & the Laws they Enforce

  • Define what the EEOC is, in your own words.

  • What they cover/protect
