When is the final?

The final exam will be posted on the last day of class, April 10, and is due no later than 11:59pm on April 15.

Are late submissions accepted?
Late submissions are not accepted, so you will want give yourself ensure ample latitude to submit before the deadline.

How do I submit the exam?

Please submit responses on Canvas. Do not email them. Earlier submissions are also accepted

In terms of formatting:
1) Include your first name, last name, and course number in the saved file.
e.g. “Pevensie_Lucy_242.docx”

2) As with the term paper, please use word format / word compatible format for submissions.

What is on the exam?

The exam will test on key themes and ideas discussed and developed during the course. The best way to prepare is to go over the Module questions from the various weeks as these touch upon significant motifs and insights raised in the works of Lewis. Outside sources are not to be used in the exam; engaging with course material, both text and lecture, is strongly encouraged.

What format is the exam?

It is a short answer exam.

Here you will weave multiple paragraphs together. (i.e don’t submit a point form response). That being said, you don’t need to have a lengthy introduction, nor do you need a formal conclusion as you would in a standard essay.

A rubric for the exam is below.So is the total limit for my entire final really 1500 words?

Yes. The maximum is 1500 words. So don’t go over it as it disadvantages others who adhere to the limit. . Is there a minimum? No minimum is set. . Can I reference or quote the course material? Yes you can. If referencing course material, you should acknowledge your source. To do so, simply can put your reference in brackets at the end of a sentence. . Can I use outside sources? And do I need a bibliography?
No and no. Sources outside of the class materials are not expected nor should you use them – so no need for a bibliography (since I know where all the material comes from).
