For this assignment, your group will continue developing your business case proposal by creating detailed requirements statements and context visualization for your proposed IT solution. You will:

1. Review the client-provided Building a BCP pdf (provided in Unit 1) from previous units, describing a multi-faceted IT initiative involving.
2. Analyze the different stakeholder groups and their information needs.
3. Develop a comprehensive communication package including:
   • Compliant Statement of Requirements using SMART criteria
   • Technical architecture document
   • Business case presentation for this unit
   • Implementation roadmap visualization
   • AI/automation benefits overview for business users
4. Create an appropriate context visualization for how the solution directs and automates to business functions:
   • Architecture diagrams showing the system value as an integration
   • Process flows highlighting automation opportunities
   • Strategic technology roadmap visualization
   • Dashboard mockups showing key performance indicators
5. Write a compliant communication strategy narrative (single-spaced) explaining how the solution will be meeting the business need.
