About the Assignment
For this assignment, you will write a report of at least 1,000 words describing the human resource hiring process for a new nurse at a family practice medical clinic. Your hiring process will detail aspects of recruiting, interviewing, and the training process involved when hiring a new healthcare employee. You can answer each aspect with factual details or write it as a fictional employer going through the hiring process. You will then describe a potential workplace complication at the family practice office and describe possible remedies. Ensure that your response to all sections is specific to hiring practices within healthcare.
Below are details related to each section:
- Recruitment – Describe the recruitment process to hire a new employee and what factors are important to reveal to potential applicants. Choose two of the following aspects of recruitment and apply them to your hiring process. Explain what the terminology means and why it is important.
