Background:

A small project with multiple activities has been created that need your help organizing the schedule. The Excel sheet linked above has all the project information that was gathered from your manager. Follow the steps listed in on the Excel sheet and complete the requested steps. Review your past activates to help guide you through each step.

You will be asked multiple questions about this project in the final quiz!

Task:

With your understanding of project scheduling complete the four (4) steps out lined on the Excel starter file above.

Note STEP THREE and STEP FOUR are on the second tab in the Excel sheet.

Delivery Method:

Save your files as: FINAL_Lastname

Result:

Once completed you should have a network diagram, a bar chart, a resource loaded chart, and also have calculated schedule variances that will help you answer the final quiz questions in Module #8.
