To reduce social loafing as a retail business owner, I will assign each employee specific responsibilities during shifts (like managing fitting rooms, restocking, or customer service) and track completion, so everyone is accountable and actively contributing.

  • REAL ESTATE (Team / Sales environment)

    1. (Intrinsic Motivation)
To increase intrinsic motivation in my real estate team, I will give agents more independence in how they manage their clients and schedules, so they feel more in control and invested in their work.2. (Goal Setting & Feedback / Expectancy Theory)
To improve performance, I will set clear sales goals (like monthly listings or closings) and give regular feedback, so agents understand that their effort directly leads to results and rewards.
