CSL Intention Form
This form is the first step in your Community Service Learning (CSL) placement. Its purpose is to help you reflect intentionally on where you are going and why, before your placement begins.
Your responses here will serve two functions: they will inform your placement assignment, and they will act as a personal benchmark that you will return to at the end of the term. You may be asked to reflect on whether your goals were met and how your expectations compared to your actual experience.
Please answer all questions thoughtfully and honestly. There are no wrong answerswhat matters is genuine reflection.
