Your paper should explain the disease in terms of pathology and classification of the disease, global & local incidence and prevalence, descriptive epidemiology (the frequency and the distribution of risk factors in populations and enable your audience to assess the extent of a disease), possible disparities, then as much as possible analytical epidemiology (risk and protective factors of disease).
