Part 1:

After viewing both the videos on muscles in Module 6, share four (4) things you learned. Please list them using numbers. Be detailed for full points and share points from both videos.

Part 2:

After viewing the muscle handout in Module 6, pick four (4) muscles and share with the class a strength exercise that will build that muscle. For example, Quadriceps-Squats, Biceps-Arm Curl, Abdominals-Crunches, etc. BTW, you cannot use the examples I gave. This may require research on your part. Again, list them using numbers.

2. What unhealthy beliefs are keeping you from being as mentally strong as you could be?
