Imagine you are a leader who has set a goal to increase your hospitals quality improvement scores by reducing in-hospital catheter-associated urinary tract infections (CAUTI). One of your first steps is to design a team to tackle CAUTI reduction efforts. In this playbook, you will design the team by identifying the roles/knowledge/skill sets of the members you would choose and envision their work as a high-performing team.
To complete this assignment, follow these steps:
- Download the Microsoft Word file , and save it to your computer.
