- Should be in APA format with reference page and in-text citations in APA style (must tell me if you are following another style): Times New Roman, Double-Spaced, 12 point font
- Body Paragraphs:
- Topic sentence, 2 or more pieces of evidence cited in each from two different sources, analysis of all evidence presented, mostly follow MEAL/PIE body paragraph structure
- 3-4 main sections that each focus on a theme (a different aspect of your research question that needs to be addressed to answer the question at large). In these sections, you will contextualize, analyze, and synthesize the information and perspectives in your sources relevant to the theme
- Conclusion: pull all of the thematic sections together, show how they collectively build an answer to the research question, and identify what aspects are unanswered (and/or what new questions have arisen) as a means of pointing to potential directions for future research
- APA style does require a title page
- Introduction (cites at least two different sources probably from the synthesis matrix)
