Select a practice that is discussed in the article(s) you chose in step one (such as sex selective abortion, prenatal sex determination, or blood transfusion refusal for Jehovahs witnesses) and state in your first sentence of the journal assignment whether you personally agree or disagree with the practice. This will help your instructor to effectively evaluate your argument.
Argue against your personal belief using cultural, political, economic, social, or religious factors that support the practice. Many of these factors that will support your argument can be found in the articles, but you may need to do additional outside research to construct the most effective argument.
