Title: Comprehensive Consulting Case Study Project
Objective: Apply the 7-phase consulting process to a real-world organizational scenario, demonstrating mastery of consulting skills, tools, and frameworks learned throughout the intensive.

Assignment Description: Working in your established consulting teams, you will develop a comprehensive PowerPoint presentation that outlines a complete consulting engagement for one of the following organizations: Springboard Community Services. Your presentation should detail how you would approach each of the 7 phases of the consulting process as if your team had been brought in as external consultants for the chosen organization.

Requirements:
1. Choose one of the provided case study organizations.
2. Conduct additional external research on your chosen organization to supplement the case study information. Use this research to inform your consulting approach and recommendations.
3. Create a detailed PowerPoint presentation covering all 7 phases of the consulting process:

  • Client’s Start-Up
    • Describe how you would establish the initial relationship with the client.
    • Outline the organization’s challenges or opportunities based on your research.
    • Explain how you would build trust and rapport in the initial meetings.
    • Provide a preliminary discussion of scope, goals, and desired outcomes.
  • Engagement & Agreement
    • Develop a mock formal agreement or contract outlining deliverables, timelines, costs, and roles.

    • Outline the contents of a final report summarizing the consulting process and results.
