READ Aida Hurtado New Masculinities. Take your time to understand the material and reflect on the questions
INTERVIEW one person who identifies as a man and ask them the same questions Hurtado asked on the paper. Also, ask them for their own definition on masculinity. What does masculinity mean for them? Make sure to explain to them you are interested in their takeaways. Not judging their perception but understanding their thoughts.
WRITE a paper and DISCUSS 1) the answers in the interview, 2) their definition of masculinity, and 3) your reflections on the paper based on the interview. (Remember Guess paper. I am looking for an analysis.)
