Purpose

This assignment explores how leadership styles and models relate to ethics and align with Coveys Principle-Centered Leadership (PCL) framework.

You will also reflect on how these ideas shape your own leadership approach.

Step 2: Search for Leadership Sources

Use search terms such as:

  • transformational leadership theory.
  • servant leadership model.
  • ethical leadership framework.

Tip: Select peer-reviewed to find scholarly journal articles.


Step 3: Select Your Focus

From your research, select:

  • One leadership style (e.g., transformational, servant, authentic)
  • One leadership model or framework

  • How does ethics influence leadership effectiveness?
  • How is ethics reflected in your selected style/model?

4. Your Leadership Perspective

  • How do you view the importance of ethics in leadership?
  • How do you envision your own leadership style?
  • Which elements of your selected style/model do you connect with most?
