Writing report about emotional intelligence in workplace

Based on previous work experiences (Internship or others implying emotional labour), this assessment aims at practicing emotional intelligence in the workplace. For this purpose, students are to identify, describe and analyze negative and positive experiences (two work episodes internally experienced as negative and two others as positive).

Negative experiences (bringing some illbeing and stress) are important for our emotional development since they can guide us to discover how difficult basic emotions tend to be triggered, revealing some pattern of experience and response; therefore, they are precious growing opportunities, we just need to be aware of them. On the other hand, the positive experiences can contribute to identify our sources of joy (the basic emotion associated with wellbeing), so we can develop the awareness of our resources to deal with situations.

I will attach an example pdf.
