Trauma- and stressor-related disorders include disorders in which exposure to a traumatic or stressful event is listed explicitly as a diagnostic criterion. These include reactive attachment disorder, disinhibited social engagement disorder, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), acute stress disorder, adjustment disorders, and prolonged grief disorder.

during clinical round i experienced a situation where a patient was not well she almost fainted she became a priority for safety we quickly brought a chair and made sure she did not have a fall incident once the nurse brought to her bed she was prescribed antibiotics and pain medication she was diagnosed with cellulitis the fact that I experienced that situation made me realize why I want be in the nursing it is amazing feeling to help people and them recover.

Your patient is being discharged from the hospital after being admitted for a stroke that has left the patient with right-sided weakness. The patient can feed and dress himself. He does require help with bathing and cooking. He requires a cane for ambulation. He will need more PT (at least three times a week). He refuses to go to a nursing home or assisted living facility for rehabilitation unless there are no other options. He currently lives in a single-level home. Your social worker is unavailable, so you need to assess your local area and include services available to the patient that may help him stay in his home.
